Husband made NOC to transfer property to mother want to withdraw it

21-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
My father in law died without having a will, my husband had signed NOC to transfer the property rights to his mother before our marriage in month April, 2017. Until now the property is not transferred to my MIL and she is asking us to move out of the house. Is there any way my husband can withdraw the NOC. Property is in Sec 10A gurgaon which comes under HUDA. Hindu religion

Good Morning
The FIL passed away without executing a WILL and as per the law of India pertaining to transfer of property among Hindus, on death of father wife(MIL) and the children would each have one-fourth share in property also it is not ancestral property of father but self-acquired property of your father and after the passage of Hindu Succession act 1956 daughters have an equal share in the property.

Any further clarification please fee free to contact me on my contact details.

If the property title still not changed, your husband still have the right to sat aside the NOC. Just asked your husband to write a letter to concerned authorities about the NoC and mentioned that currently he doesn't want transfer his share to his mother. For any further feel free to contact me.
