How will the property be distributed in family after father deceased

11-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
I have three sisters who are married. I am the only brother. My father died on 23/03/ 2016 after that my sisters are forcing us to give them the land . My mother does not want to do this because my sisters are not well behaved with us. She wants to give all the property to me. Can my mother make a will and transfer the property on my name? If sisters have right than how will the land distribute? Sir if possible than please give me the answer as soon as possible.

Dear Client, your father is executed any will? and no executed will so fathers property is ancestral property and right your father legal heirs and father has executed will and as per will give your all property in favour of you then no right of you sister.

I need to know whether the land is an ancestral property or Self acquired one. Also whether you mother got it in inheritance or she was a buyer as well.
That will help me give an opinion whether you legally need to give a share to your sisters.
Also has your father made a will?

After your father died, his property bequeath in his legal heirs in equal that means son, wife and sister.
Whatever properties on your father name it will divided in 5 equal shares.
If any property on your mother name and purchase by her then she can make will in your favour or she can transferred her right in your favour and if your sister want to sale their right then she can sale but after that purchaser can file suit for partition.
