How to voluntary disown from parent's property

I have been over affectionate towards my parents which my father doesn't understand. He thinks at some later point of my life I will cheat or maybe own their property and leave them without money. Is there a way to execute a will to voluntarily exit from their property to eliminate his insecurity of getting cheated or cheating my mother to own her property ?
