Hello, I have a property in Kolkata which is still in the name of my father even after years of his death. I would like you to know, apart from my mother, me and my elder brother are the nominees. We stay in Pune as of date. Now, we are looking to sell off the property. However, my elder brother and mother are unable to travel frequently to Kolkata due to personal issues. Hence, this family job has been assigned to me. I need to firstly pay off the pending tax and transfer the ownership on my name solely. So, please kindly help me out with real time suggestions accordingly. Thank you. Religion: Hindu
