how to transfer ownership of one floor of the house thats in moms name

resRespected Sir i want 2 know about property law mera ghar 2 floor ka hai jo ki pura maa ke nam ka hai. me chahta hu ki ghar ke uppar wala floor temp kanuni mera nam ho me jisko chahu kirai par rakhu
For that purpose you will have to ask your mother to transfer the said floor in your name by a way of gift deed if she is the sole owner of the said property.

You can take a power of attorney from your mother for management of the 2nd floor for temporary purpose. You can also take the room on rent form your mother with a condition of sublet. There is no other option to temporarily legalise the floor in your name.
