How to transfer joint property to ex-wife when in abroad

I own a residential apartment in Noida with my ex wife. the is property was bought after our marriage and we both are the joint owners of the property. We both live in UK now and got divorced and as part of the divorce settlement the property has been give to her by the UK court. What is the process in Noida to get this property completely transferred in my ex wife's name and what paperwork will it require. Also how long does the process take?
Valid transfer of immovable property can occur only through a registered deed of conveyance. Hence, in your case you can transfer the property in question to your wife either by way of sale deed or by way of gift deed.
