Our father passed away recently in Canada and we fave our ancestarol family agriculture land in Rajasthan. Children bear Canadian citizenship and our mom has Indian citizenship and passport.
Dear there is no issue of citizenship as u must have willingness of your mother at the time of transfer of deed as intestate if there is no will left before demise of fathar. so u can very well approach to any expert advocate for the same to get transferred the name .
