In the above-mentioned query the better option is release deed or relinquishment deed. In this deed, the owner of the property release or relinquish his/her rights to their blood relatives. In these types of deed there is no exchange of money, no stamp duty and nominal registration fee i.e. Rs. 5/- .
The other option is the Gift deed. In this deed no sale consideration nor the exchange of money. But the stamp duty and registration fee to be paid on the market value the
property .
