Need to know how to transfer a property.
A transfer deed or a sale deed is to be drafted containing all the relevant information of the said property which are to be registered by a sub-registrar through a well-versed lawyer. The deed to be prepared shall be drafted as per the required legal norms and due -diligencd shall be done thoroughly.

Transfer of property means transfer of ownership. So you have to make transfer of property deed in the name of grantee . Then you have to register that deed. If no problems arise then you can make an acceptance of deed in tehsil.
