How to transfer 50 percent of property to my husband

I own a flat in pune now I want to make my husband 50% of owner of this flat. What is the process for that and cost associated with it.

You can approach registry office and make realise of right of that property.. else you have to gift that property to your husband by way or registration.. cost depends upon valuation of that property..

You can register Release Deed in favour of your husband.Therefore you go to Sub Registrar Office and do additional enquiry for Registration of Release Deed.Therefore you and your husband should have Aadhar Card,Pan Card.
