How to stop father from selling his property

My father is having in his name ancestral property. He has been selling part of it since last few years and giving away the money to my younger brother who lives in Hyderabad and with whom I am not having good relations. Recently, my father gave him 65 lacs for buying a flat and when I confronted him, he lied. I asked him many time to give me my part of property but he says NO. What should I do ?
