How to sell/transfer ancestral property

29-Jan-2025 (In Property Law)
My grand father had bought a land and he expired now. The property is in both son's name jointly. We are thinking of selling the property by taking release deed from our sisters by giving them money and gold. 1.If both son's sell the property, can their sister object or file a case later? 2. If we now take release deed from sisters, can they object later stating they have not released equal share? 3. If sisters give the release deed, can their children object later upon their parents death.

okay I understand your questions. s o you have to sell the property jointly with your brother and sister .so you take a wittness signature in sale deed this is a best way to sell the property .otherwise you can take a relees deed also also one part you can take relese deed also to sell the property in this time you don't have a take a wittness signature at sale deed nit need to take only relede deednis enaugh thank you .
