How to sell property without consent of wife, if she is a co-owner

Dear sir,I am Hindu Brahmin.I have a own property which is made by me not a property came from my father.This property purchased by struggling me not even taken any money from my wife.So when I purchased this property my wife and my name is also is in agreement paper.Now the matter is my wife is telling this is my property and she is not listening any word of me she is giving mentally harrasement to me. Now I decided to sale my own property which is made by me.can I sale my property with 100% without giving any money to my wife can it is possibles.so please give me a legal sugession.my married life is 50 years I have a 3 children. Thank you

Yes you can do so but you'll have to take here signature for that sale. Now when you have here name on the agreement then doesn't matter who had paid the money. She will be termed as a co owner. It's upon you in what manner you acquire here signatures.

Dear sir, you cannot sale the property without NOC from your wife since she is co-owner of property, or else you need to file suit in court for declaring that you are exclusive owner of property, and get the order from court, pls contact us for more details
