How to sell land on which court case is going on

i bought a land which is already in court case. land owner sold it intentionally by hiding this and this land is also registered on me. Now that land is handed over to government .how can i proceed on seller of the lad
You can file a case for recovery of sale consideration that was paid at the time of sale. You can seek compensation and other reliefs depending on circumstances and the type and duration of sale. As such, he is bound under the indemnity clause of the sale transaction, even if the same is not mentioned its indemnity is inferred.

Buyer be ware before going to purchase a property. If case is in pending before court even if he purchased it that must be subject to final verdict of the court. If judgement is against to your seller you can file for recovery against the seller.
