how to sell if the property is a joint and ancestral property

Sir/Madam, I have a ancestral joint property in my name and my sister's name ....I want my share to be sold but my sister and her two sons are not ready for that. Property is a shop which is currently running by my sister's sons .As I am a old person and want some money for my old age . I live in a separate house and they never ever come to see me .. Sir please help me on this and give me possible solutions....

235/5000 yah ki sampati aap ke pushteni he to 50 persent share aap ka he. Aap apni property ko bech sakte he. Kitu is me aap ki sister ki sahmati ki avshyakta hogi. Ya court ke case kar kar poperty divide ki jasakti he. first prifance sahmati ko de.

You can file a civil suit for partition of the ancestral property to get your share. You don't need consent of your sister or of your sister's sons to establish your right in the ancestral property. Just file a civil suit for partition, your sister will be defendant in the case.
