How to seal bank locker sister not ready to share asset of died mother

My mother dies before few months...bt my mothers bank locker in wich more then 100 tolas of gold is there....is being transfered on my sisters name...now we want our share in gold bt sister said no i will not give u ..do wat u want...we also dont knw in wich bank locker is there...still can we bring seal on that locker...? wat can we do plz give us advice....she has challenged us that we will not give u anything ....n they insulted us by saying get lost from my mothers house....wich is on my mothers name. What should we do?

Your mothers locker would be in the bank in which she was maintaining her account.
Your sister will need a succession certificate in case she wish to operate the account or locker if she is not joint holder of account.

You can file suit for partition and in said you can get order from court to appoint court commissioner to inspect and open locker of your mother.
You get you part in partition suit from all property of your mother.
