How to save my land without any legal proceedings ?

I am a student and preparing for engineering services. My father is very old so they can't fight against the criminal who captured my land. I want to safe my land and students life. I can't want to involve myself in court problem. Please advise me.
I am a student and preparing for engineering services. My father is very old so they can't fight against the criminal who captured my land. I want to safe my land and students life. I can't want to involve myself in court problem. Please advise me.--- you need to speak to the people who have acquired your land. that is the only way out without involving any legal proceedings. else you need to file a complaint with police as well as a civil case in the court.

There is nothing you can do if you cant fight a Court Case. In any event you have to institute a suit or a criminal case against the criminals who have or are trying to encroach your land, The maximum you can do is request the Legal Services Authority under the State Government to take up the issue on your behalf if you cannot afford a Legal support system.
