how to revoke irrevocably special POA and development agreement. 36 months time period is lapsed both the agreement before 2 years but construction is yet to start. how to revoke these agreement . Please guide accordingly,
You will have to file a suit in the district court thereby seeking cancellation of Power of Attorney. Also, you can file a suit against the builder for deficiency of service as he has failed to entertain the contract and perform his duties. You will have to go through the clauses of the agreement thoroughly.
