In april 2010, my younger brother & his wife took advantage of my poor health & in connivance with his only daughter and son in law, got a will of my property in their name of my brother. In 2011, with the ulterior motive of grabbing my house convinced me to add another floor on my house as this will help me add income

Dear mam ,
As you said that property is your self acquired property. Then without your will they cannot take your house. If they got a fraud will, then you can file a crimial complaint against them . And file case in competent court. And you can also make a will because a testator can change his/her will at any time, in any manner he/she deem fit .A will can be made at any time in the life of a person. There is no restrictions.
