How to retrieve original documents of the property ?

Sir we lost the original documents of land and we only have the document details the original documents were under tamepered list and my father owner of the lane was expired.Pls help us getting original documents how to us as the legal heirs
Apply to Register for certified copies . To MRO under RTI for SFA and No.3 adangal from the date of purchase to till date and file suit for declaration and permanent injunction against persons who alleged forged the documents include MRO

The first and foremost thing is to give police complaint for lost of documents and than give a publication in newspaper for the lost documents with full particulars. If the documents were registered you can obtain a certify copy from the concerned registrar office. Your query is unclear as to what is meant by "under tampered"
