check out the plan and the boundaries of the area mentioned in the deed of conveyance through which the land has been purchased by you and in case your neighbour disturbing your boundary in that case obtain necessary help through court by filing criminal case against the neighbor without any delay

Go to your municipality/panchayat or corporation. Take their permission to erect a boundary wall after the permission is granted, go to your concerned P. S serve them a copy of order. Pay them a token amount so that they help you in erecting it and do not object or cause hinderence while your workers are at it... And preferably get the work done on any Saturday night, that too Within a night the whole boundary should be complete... In the morning if you have a DSLR or even with mobile camera clicks as many pictures of it from all four sides and give them to the neighbors and say that you have copies of it too... It will be job well done...if you want to further discuss the matter with us call Lawrato. They will provide the details.

dear Client,
As per your details, it is advisable that you can immediately seek an injunction against your neighbor restraining them from grabbing your property, prior to that you have to lodge a complain before the concerned Police Station and authorities and file a miscellaneous petition under section 144 (2) Of Crpc against them, then the injunction can be more convenient to obtain. And once you get injunction if they don't abide by the court's order then you can file Contempt against them and also seek court's order for Police posting at the suit property.
