How to register the property in our name after staying for 25 years

Hi , I have plot about 5 acre which on the name of my father & his 4 brother and the home on that land is on my & my bother name. We were staying their from last 25 years. Can this land plot will be legally registere on the name of my father or on my name.
if you have full land in your sole possession then you have to file a suit of adverse possession in the court and only by that route you can get the title of the land .there is no other way apart from this .

Hello, yes it can but then 4 brothers will have to execute either gift or release deed in your favour also if they are not agree then you will have to issue legal notice but do note that suit for adverse possession is not maintainable only you can take plea of the defence:
