SA/GPA/WILL transactions are not transfers or sales and that such transactions cannot be treated as completed transfers or conveyances. But they can still be treated as existing agreement of sale. Nothing prevents affected parties from getting registered deeds of conveyance to complete their title. Both the buyer and the seller can go the Registrar’s office and get the sale deed registered.

hi, you can transfer the property through GPA also provided your GPA must be registered with the sub registrar and after getting verification from that registrar you can transfer the property to any person. there is no need of registered owner of the property.
