How to register a plot when there are two brothers selling it

A plot is registered .He has a son. He is dead. His son has a cousin brother . His son sold me that plot. How and who will do registeration
First of I am not able to understand your problem if plot is registered and want to sell to you you can easily registered or if he his death the legal heirs can sell the plot to you and easily registered.
