How to rectify the Registered document

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have purchased property of 98 square yards and there were few errors or mistakes in registered document. The boundaries need correction and out of 98 sq.yards 20 sq.yards fall into the some govt land (municipal land) , after 9 years the neighborhood complained on me to the officials and severed endorsement notice by municipal commissioner, what is the process or legality i have here.
hi firat need to see the copy of the notice given by the muncipality and if it is based on all false allegations and documents and could give an application to authorities to correct the boundaries by conducting survey
