How to recover my documents from my ex husband

I am a hindu my x-husband was buddhist, after marrg from next 5 days i started to stay in hostel our relation was not good he started to harres me .i hv no any parents behind me so i hv not gev complaint against him , i left him in 2 month. He snatch my all education legal document and my own property pepars. He is not ready to gv me back. I hv done 2nd married afer 9month, still he is not giving my document so what should i do.
You must file a police complaint against him. If not, then you may issue a legal notice aginst himand may also prosecute him by way of filing criminal case under Domestic Violence act and demand all the interim and final relifs against him.
