How to recover money in flat allotment case

I have booked a flat and given half payment but after completing the flat the flat owner denied to deliver the said flat. I have proof of agreement,cheque, receiving of cash. I have filed a case having ipc 420 and 406 but he has got bail. Now what i do to recover my money.

if the police has filed charge sheet or final report you may file civil suit for recovery of money against the accused ..that will take some time..if the cheque is still within due time you can present it before bank ..and make it bounced ..file proceeding u/s 138 n I act

You should immediately file a case before the Consumer Redressal Forum.,there you can get possession as well as compensation for mental agony and harrasement and for deficiency in service by the seller.
