I am from Hindu maratha family,my father had property of 8acreas of land through joint family, which is self acquired property then he tranfered half the property to my name and half to mother's name,through wardi which is not registered .now my mother has expired n my sisters are claiming the property, my father is alive can he get back the property

Your father alive .It's not valid will ..If he transferee by way of will ..he con't take back ,when ?he transfered by way of gift and or like sale deed ...you just contact the advocate who near you wig relavent documents
