How to prevent unfair partition of family property

my mom dies without will...we r 3 siblings...i lives seperately..my 2 sibling lives in my moms house..now they r not ready to give us 1 share of that house..n they want to renovate that house n make on their name...wat can do now...can we bring stay order...or file a suit of partion in court.does we have to pay certain amount in court...our house is of 3 crore..we r middle class..we cant pay so much amount in court....wat is the simple way..or stay order is easy as in that we dont have to use too money
As far as share is concerned they are bound to give you a share according to Hindu succession act. You cannot stop the renovation, however as it a living house . I suggest you file a case for partition or appoint a mediator for settlement of dispute but firstly you have to send a legal notice showing them your intentions for the same
