How to partition my fathers property

My father is 5 brothers and two sister but 2 brothers dont want to partition the property.then what will we do
Any one will file the suit for partition. So tell your father to file a suit for partition and claim your share make the other brothers and sisters parties to the suit . After filling of the suit they will appear in the suit and file their w.s. as to why they do not want for partition.after that the court will decide your share.
