How to make sure that my father grants me my share of property in will

my father has 3 son me and my two brother i am very much sure that my father is thinking to not give part of his property to me which i really deserve almost the whole is made by me so is there any precautions to avoid this injustice name in the property papers is of my father lastly the most important i am taking care of my father and mother i dont know why this injustice
In response to the query, would like to opine that if the property is in the name of your father, then he is having full rights to assign property as per his wish and u can do nothing. You can get the same only by convincing your parents peacefully and without any self interest. Thanks

As per your question if the property acquired himself by your father then it is his sweet will to executed his will in favour of 1/3 - 1/3 share given to you and your brothers or it is not necessary to your father given to you any share by virtue of his will its depend upon only his sweet will so it is not sure that your father grants to you any share of property in his will.
