A bought land from B and C but at the time of Kharij Daakhil A found that C has bought the land from D but he has no mutation of the land from the D . C is out of reach and the sale deed is lost . How can A apply for the kharij daakhil?
Firstly you want to know one thing that kharij dakhil is correct wording. the correct wording is dhakhil kharij and how much land you bought from b and c. Second thing you know that c bought land form d in which year. Please provide me full information then I will suggest you better
