How to make corrections on flat sale deed

01-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My Flat "sale deed execution date" in First page is wrongly mentioned, its mentioned as 27th may while my registration date was 24th may. "THIS DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE IS MADE AND EXECUTED ON 27/05/2017....." In all other places including EC,correct date-24th MAY is mentioned except this first page of sale deed. When contacted builder, he told that correction deed is not required for such typo mistake and affidavit will be given mentioning typo mistake. Please let me know ,if this is ok for any future resale?

It is indeed a typo error, this need not be rectified, for the simple reason, on the date of registration, the date and time of registration will automatically get stamped along with other details of the stamp duty paid, registration fees paid and the document no and in which C.D. the deed is stored in the concerned sub-registrar's office.
Just to rectify this mistake, a rectification deed must be once again registered at the same sub-registrar's office, which is a cumbersome process. In these circumstances it is better to skip this for the reasons stated to herein above.

Absolute you need not worry about the date of registration and the Sale Deed draft print date. In future i won't cause you any sort of trouble. So you need not want an rectification deed registration from the builder side.
