how to make a gift deed in my son's name

i have leasd plot in my name.
can i make a gift deed in my son's name ?

No you cannot gift a plot to your son which you have leased. At the most what you can do is, you can create a sub-lease in your son's favour. According to the property laws in India, a property cannot be gifted to a person unless the person gifting the same is a recorded tenant/ owner of the property.
