How to insert this condition in the gift deed from father to daughter?

13-Nov-2024 (In Property Law)
How can I insert a condition in the gift deed that if the donee expires before me, the property should revert to the donor? (Purpose is to prevent her (unknown) future husband's family from getting rights over the property in case of the unfortunate event that the daughter gets married but passes away before her father). For the same reason, can I insert a non-alienation clause till the death of the donor in the gift deed?

As per your query a rectification of the Gift Deed to be executed in favour of the donee. Both the parties of the Original Gift Deed to be present and with the witnesses. The rectification of thw gift deed to ve executed in the jurisdictional sub registrar office. If not, then automatically by law the daughters husband and children will get a equal share in the property.
