how to include name in joint patta

Hello Sir/Madam,
We have purchased a land around one year ago, but didn't get patta transferred to our name. Even the seller name is not available in the patta. So, now I wanted to include my name in joint patta for the same survey so, could you please share the procedure to accomplish this, thanks in advance.
you should give an application before the tahsildar to change the name in the Patta you must approve the previous ownership was obtained the pata set the previous owner name is not a reporter it is a very sad situation you got purchase day without having a valid patta the previous owner who is the owner whether they have the pata then you should brought all this notice to this tahsildar that the immediate has not obtain Pata but the breeze producers or having the pata is off that you can claim the Patta in your name
