How to register an unauthorized plot in court in Delhi?
Sir,
If the plot concerned is in any of the unauthorised colonies, same can be registered with the help of Resident Welfare Associations of the said colonies, in the prescribed form at the concerned Municipal Corporation.

It shall be compulsory for all the individual plot owners and layout promoters eligible under rule 3 to file an application on-line in Form-I for regularization to the Competent Authority concerned along with the fees and charges as per the self assessment made and annexed with the application.
