Land sellers name continues to be shown as first owner since last 20 years in a condominium for every flat. How to remove his name so that real owner of flat becomes only sole owner Property(land)records on the name of society have been obtained

If your deed of declaration and Deed of apartment is done, then make an application to the concerned talathi, along with the above said documents for mutation of the name of the flat owners instead of the land owner.
