How to get stay over HC judgment to demolish illegal flats

I am a resident of sainik colony sec 49 faridabad ( stilt flat for 4 years more than 300 stilts are there half constructed 2 or 3 rooms & sold in POA basis ) recently high court has directed to demolish 1200 flats illegal unauthorised constructions they have also put a seal in 79 flats and asked for the reply of notices which we have already replied now what we can do to regularise it or to get a stay on it & fight for the same '
In such a case, an appeal explaining the merits can be filed before the Division Bench or the SC depending upon the jurisdiction and as a first step, a stay can be obtained against the demolition Order.
