How to get stay on property

due to family issue of our family issue i want to stay of our propoerty please suggest.

Firstly you continue with the possession of your property. Secondly, get the property devided by way of registerd document. Thirdly, prepare yourself by holding the title papers such as Khatian, Saldeed, Gift or whatever documents retained by yoiu relating to your property supported by the tax receipt from the Corporation/Minicipality, rent receipt from the revenue authorities so that your continuity over the porpperty may be shown to anyone.
