You and the buyer have to necessarily agree on the price, besides all the other terms and conditions. As the buyer is asking for a reduction in the price, you may tell him that you are not agreeable to it.

Once the buyer not complied with sale agreement, you have a right to Revoke the Sale agreement made by you.In such case you must return the advance amount which was received from the buyer. Your sale agreement made through email, so you may revoke it by an email and mention all details for revoking the agreement and return the amount with a record of payment.

First of all wanted to see the terms of the agreement. So if possible forward me the agreement and will advise you in line with the agreement. Also wanted to see the validity of the Agreement, like it's executed on a NJ Stamp paper or not. Pl call on my office for further clarification.

Check the revocation clause if any in the agreement. The agreement needs to be perused for better appraisal. Terms and conditions to be checked for revocation and other clauses only then can arrive at conclusion.
