Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to just give you preliminary advice according to facts you stated in you enquiry. If you want to claim your share in father property & if father ready to do it then he may simply transfer your share on your name by entering your name as a successor in 7/12 extract through making gift deed. if father not ready to give your share so you need to initiate legal proceedings for claim your share & set aside sale-deed/purchase deed through Civil & criminal court.
I want to clear you again that whichever advice stated above is based on facts you stated in you enquiry. Its not final advice or legal opinion, It may change after inspection your case paper & detail case study.
Kindly book consulting for more details.
Thank you,

As per your query How to get your share in your fathers property? As your father has not made any saperation of property and sold out land portion of your brother share you have to file sute for partition and possession. If your father name still in 7/12 extract it means still mutation is pending. Take carrect information and file sute to get your share in property
