How to get my share in a property which is registered in brothers name

Me and my brother jointly purchased house, to avoid bank hassle he shall take loan , house shall be registered in his name, however we both share house cost equally. By what legal means I can get my 50 % right in property.

You should file a civil suit claiming your share in civil court. You have to put the proofs how you and your brother jointly paid the consideration and loan against the said purchase of house. Definitely you get your share.
