How to get my property documents cleared to apply for a loan from bank

Hi, recently I applied for a loan to a bank and for collateral I presented ny home property papers but during legal verification the bank advocate rejected them saying someone has been bailed on those documents twice and he can't accept them. Now I had bailed a neighbour in the past but don't know anything about him now. So how can I clear that bail or bails from my documents?

You can give some other surety in the Court and get these papers released from the bail bond. Kindly contact any lawyer with the case details where you have furnished the property documents for surety in bail of your neighbor.
