First of all you will have to find documents which show that the property initially belonged to your grandfather. After that an encumbrance certificate can be obtained which shows that the land was free from any encumbrances and has been occupied forcefully or fraudulently.
On the basis of these documents you can file a suit for eviction against the occupiers.

Hello,

If you have all the documentary proof to establish your ownership to this land then all we need to do is file for a land grabbing suit in the lower court. We would require to establish your ownership in the court and then the judgement will be in your favour.
