How to get land registered if the owners not agreeing for it

I bought a land in 2 years ago. There is no registration on that land. But "bond paper" on the signature is completed previous land owners,2 years completed but the land owners is not coming to registration process.What should be done?
File a civil suit for specific performance. You have not mentioned that you paid the total sale amount or part payment. If you maid part payment, you pay the balance consideration into the court. The Judge will register the sale (in the place of vendor).
