How to gain ownership of property

sir i am shubham sutar from sangli .my grand father has property on his name. he does not give this property to us .when we say give us our property he says that this property was eared by me i will not give anybody until i am alive. so what to do to get property?
If it is ancestor property then you can file suit for partition. if it is self acquired/earn property of gf then you have no option. ur gf hv full discretion to disposal of his property in way he likes.

Person has absolute right to dispose his self occupied property according to his own will . The property was earned by your grandfather. He has absolute right to dispose his property according to his own will ,.U can not compel him..

In case any son or daughter of the grandfather died before his death, then the legal heir of the predeceased son or daughter will get the share which the predeceased son or daughter would have got. The grandchild of the grandfather shall be entitled to get share of his/her predeceased father only, if your father is alive then you are not entitled to any share.
