How to file partition suit for below scenario.

15-Jan-2025 (In Property Law)
My father has constructed a house with 8 rooms in it on ground floor. I have 6 brothers and one sister each one has been assigned a room. As of now I have constructed another floor on the top of the room which was given to me. Now I want to file a partition suit for the room from my father’s property and the one I have constructed later. How to proceed with that?

you can definitely file a partition suit . you have to show your intention to separate yourself from the family . you also have to prove that the floor you have constructed was allotted to you and have constructed the same from your own income and not family's income. although the property will be divided equally and depending upon the facts and circumstances of the case partition will take place accordingly.
