How to evict enchroachers from my property which I have clear title

I own agricultural land of 10 acres clear title in my name which I succeeded from my mother after her death.eighbouring landlord have encroached certain extent of my land and are claiming adverse possession on court.what should I do to recover my property

I need to look at Plaintiff's pleadings to advise on the ground to be taken to dismiss the case. If they have challenged your title, then you need to counter claim on the basis of legal documents and claim title and Injunction.

Sir,

Firstly you have to contest the matter in the suit for adverse possession filed against you. Next you have to file a suit for declaration against the encroacher/s in order to protect both your title and possession. Hope this helps.
