How to enter name of my father on land papers

My grandfather had 1 brother after my grandfather death we didn't enter our family member name but in other hand my grandfather brother family entered their name in land now they not support us to enter our name Please suggest us regarding same
Every person has lineage of family down the line and legal heir downwards in a family tree. No one can change the tree by error. If it has been changed, you can enforce your legal rights to Partition of the Proprty of grandfather.

You can produce the death certificate of your grand father and get the land mutated in your name ,
Please check the documents on the basis of which your Grandfathers brother entered their name in whole record of land which we call FARD ..
I think they have fraudulently got the land mutated in their name, as it is only possible if affadavit have been filled that your grandfather has died and their is no legal heir so whole land be mutated in the name of the brother of the deceased (i.e.your grand father).
Record of the land is avaliable online now a days please check it .

You can enter your family name in land record and that time your grandfather brother's can not opppse,
